Whether our guests choose to stay in one of our luxury cabanas or wish to bring their home on wheels and experience our spacious, one-of-a-kind RV park, we have no doubts that our location will provide relaxation and regeneration from the busy lives we all lead. Los Pinõs, Sarteneja, Belize, is a growing tourist location situated in the northeast of beautiful Belize, ten minutes from Sarteneja, a relaxed fishing village, and one hour from the two largest towns in northern Belize. It is also a short drive, or 40-minute boat ride away from the bustling city of Chetumal, Mexico. Belize law is based on the British Commonwealth and is the only English-speaking country in Central America. Turquoise Waters would be the only boutique hotel in the area, and the only RV park in the whole country of Belize. We are very competitively priced and in an area that is in dire need of more properties to rent for those visiting.
Our on-site restaurant, bar, oceanside pool, convenience store, minigolf course, and other guest amenities are sure to attract and retain customers from around the world, as they share in experiences and make memories to last alifetime.
Our company is seeking 2.5 million dollars, which will be divided into 2,500 shares valued at $1,000 per share. In return, our shareholders will receive a combined 55% of Turquoise Waters’ net profit, split evenly between the 2,500 shares, paid out quarterly for 5 years (or until the initial investment has been paid back with a 40% ROI), where upon a consistent combined 25% net profit payout, split evenly between the 2,500 shares, will continue thereafter.
As well, shareholders will receive 50% off on their accomodation at Turquoise Waters Resort for as long as they are a shareholder.
Majority shareholders who hold 250 shares or more will be offered the opportunity to purchase their own on-site cabana at a discounted price with the building process overseen by the on-site owners of Turquoise Waters.
The Belizean/US dollar is set at 2:1 and never fluctuates. There is no income tax, capital gains, or estate tax for foreign investors. Belize also has asset protection for foreign ownership, so no one from another country can ever procure your assets here.
